Welcome to the Smash & Zingers digital headquarters. By using this website, ordering our food, or joining our community, you’re agreeing to the rules below. If you’re looking for “basic,” you’re in the wrong place. If you’re here for the best sear in the game, let’s get into it.

1. The Agreement

By accessing https://smashnzingers.com/, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to update these rules whenever we innovate—which is often. Your continued use of the site means you’re down with the changes.

2. Ordering & Payments

• The Transaction: All orders placed through our site are an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders if we suspect anything “off” (fraud, stock issues, or technical glitches).

• Pricing: We strive for accuracy, but if a Triple Smash is listed for $0.01 by mistake, we aren’t obligated to honor it. Prices are subject to change without notice.

• Payment: We use secure third-party processors. Your payment is handled by the pros, and your order is confirmed only once the payment clears.

3. Freshness & Refunds

• The Standard: We build it different, and we build it fresh. Because our food is made-to-order, all sales are final once the kitchen starts the sear.

• The Fix: If we missed the mark (wrong order, missing items), tell us immediately. We’ll make it right. We don’t do refunds for “I changed my mind”—we do fixes for “We missed a Zinger.”

4. Allergens & Safety

• The Reality Check: Our kitchen handles beef, chicken, dairy, gluten, nuts, and spices. While we take cross-contamination seriously, we cannot guarantee a 100% allergen-free environment.

• Your Responsibility: If you have a severe allergy, please contact the shop directly before ordering. Your safety is more important than a burger.

5. Delivery & Pickups

• Timing: We provide estimated times for a reason—they are estimates. Traffic, weather, and high demand happen.

• Arrival: For the best experience, pick up your order on time. A Smash Burger waits for no one, and we aren’t responsible for soggy fries if you arrive an hour late.

6. Intellectual Property

Everything you see here—the Smash & Zingers logo, the “Built Different” slogans, the photos of those lacy edges—belongs to us. Don’t use our “Zing” for your own gain without asking first.

7. Limitation of Liability

Smash & Zingers is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or “hanger-induced” damages arising from your use of this site or our products. We provide the food; you provide the appetite.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Jersey. Any disputes will be handled in the local courts of our home base.
